Bunce Buildings, in partnership with Out Back Buildings, warrants ALL its buildings to the original owner, to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions for 3 years from date of delivery.
For all buildings using GEORGIA-PACIFIC Oakside vinyl siding, the siding carries GEORGIA-PACIFIC limited lifetime transferable manufacturer’s warranty.*
For all buildings using LP Smartside siding, the siding carries LP Smartside prorated 50 year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Protection against buckling only applies to buildings built 16” on center.*
For all products using United Steel Supply HDG steel and Zinc-Aluminum alloy steel metal building components, the steel carries a United Steel supply 40 year limited warranty.*
For all products using Owens Corning Supreme AR Classic Shingles, the shingles carry an Owens Corning 15 or 25 year (whichever is applicable) limited warranty.*
For all products using 50 year HUBER BLUE PLUS panels for flooring, the panels carriy a 50 year limited warranty.*
Bunce Buildings, in partnership with Out Back Buildings, warrants all remaining products built by Out Back Buildings (ie. octagonal gazebos, rectangular gazebos, animal barns, etc.) to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year.
It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain the building/product. This includes, but is not limited to, painting or staining; sealing with caulk the lumber as needed; adjusting the level of the product as needed; regular inspection of the hardware to be sure all hardware is tight; and keeping the area around the product clean.
Cosmetic imperfections and natural tendencies of wood such as splintering, seasonal checking and cracking, peeling, knots or knot holes, etc., that do not affect the intended function of the product are normal characteristics of all outdoor wood products and are not covered by this warranty.
Moving, altering or modifying the building or product may void the warranty.
This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed and installed by Out Back Buildings. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (a) products that have been damaged by acts of God or nature, negligence, misuse or accident; (b) products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons; (c) used products; (d) personal property or materials inside the product; (e) wood rot or decay that develops because the product was installed in an area with poor drainage or because items were placed against the product; (f) products damaged by wood boring bees or insects; (g) fading, discoloration or mold; (h) rust on hardware; (i) the cost of labor except at the sole discretion of Out Back Buildings; (j) the cost of shipping or delivering any replacement part except at the sole discretion of Out Back Buildings.
Re-leveling the product is not covered by this warranty. However, Out Back Buildings will re-level the product for a reasonable charge.
BUNCE BUILDINGS AND OUT BACK BUILDINGS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS NON TRANSFERRABLE AND DOES NOT EXTEND TO THE OWNERS OF THE PRODUCT SUBSEQUENT TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
In order to be valid, all warranty claims must be made promptly upon realization of any defect and be accompanied by photographs of the defect. Upon receipt of same, Out Back Buildings or Bunce Buildings reserves the right to inspect the defect and determine the appropriate course of action for repair or replacement at its sole discretion and within a reasonable period of time.
