Yes. Most counties require permits for “Portable Storage Buildings” usually if the longest wall is 12ft. or more. It is the responsibility of the property owner to obtain a permit, in their name, prior to the delivery of the building. First call the “building inspector” for proper instructions.
All of our storage buildings come with pressure-treated 2×6 floor joists 16 inches on center, and 3/4″ tongue and groove flooring. We want your storage building floor to be durable and sturdy to protect your valuables from the elements for many years.
Yes, we will deliver and set up your building. Most buildings require leveling, which is also included. The first 30 miles from any lot is FREE. After 30 miles, we charge $3.00 per mile.
It usually takes between 1 to 4 weeks depending upon whether the building is a custom build order or a purchase off the lot.
Yes! With approved credit, we offer financing options through Brighter Financial and other regional lenders. We work with several Rent-to-Own companies who will assist with your purchase with NO CREDIT CHECK if that is your preference. Please visit our financing page for more information.
Tie-downs are anchoring devices that auger (screw) into the ground approximately 30″ and have a wide galvanized strap that attaches to the strongest framing components under the building. These devices were originally designed for the mobile home industry. They protect the building from being blown off the leveling blocks at high winds. Bunce Buildings can install tie-downs at the four corners of the portable building during initial delivery and leveling, for a nominal extra charge. If we make a special trip later to do a tie-down, the charge would be slightly higher.
