Our A-Frame buildings come in various sizes, colors and layouts. Each A-Frame can be customized with numerous building options and contain the following features:
- 16” on center 2×4 ceiling joists and walls
- 16” on center 2×6 treated floor joists
- 4×4 treated runners
- Tongue and groove underlayment on all floor decking
- PLUS gable vents and ridge vents standard on all steel roofs
- Manufactured trusses
- 15 weight felt paper under ALL roofs
- Choice of durable T-1-11 Western fir or vinyl siding
- Choice of metal roof 40 year limited paint warranty OR 25 year shingles
- Choice of 24 colors of steel roof selection
- Choice of Sherwin Williams [email protected] Acrylic Solid Color Exterior Stain standard (or we’ll match your color) on T-1-11 buildings
- Choice of 7 colors of Georgia Pacific Vinyl Siding, with limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty
- Building leveled with concrete leveling blocks on all buildings, with up to 20 blocks included on any building size up to 12 x 24 or up to 30 blocks included on all buildings 12 x 28 or larger *
- Professional delivery, set up and leveling included on all buildings within 20 miles of any Bunce Buildings Sales Centers for any building that can be hauled in on our trailer (Mule available for use at hard to access locations) **
- Build on site available for an up charge
- Floor weight 30 psf
- ¾” flooring standard on all buildings with garage doors
- Mobile home anchor tie downs available for fee
