| Bunce Buildings Warranty |
| 1. Except as set forth in paragraph 2 below, and in addition to any warranties already existing by operations of law/ Bunce Buildings hereby further warrants to the original owner for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to repair or replace at Bunce Buildings option, any part of the unit purchased which proves to be defective in workmanship or material. 2. With respect to units constructed from OSB or pine siding, Bunce Buildings warrants for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at Bunce Buildings option, any part of the unit purchased except the siding, which proves to be defective in workmanship or material. In no event shall Bunce Buildings be liable to replace or repair said siding. 3. This warranty is limited to those defects occurring during normal use (the storage or exposure to corrosives excluded) and which are reported within 30 days of discovery by the owner. Units must be properly installed on concrete blocks or slabs for the warranty to be in effect. 4. Be aware that units installed on soft or wet ground may settle over time and cause your unit to become un-level. Bunce Buildings shall not be responsible for re-leveling after the initial delivery and set-up. |
| Exlusions |
| In no event shall Bunce Buildings be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for damages resulting from external causes such as abuse, misuse, or acts of god. Accordingly, repair costs for a service call which does not involve defect in workmanship or material will be the sole responsibility of the owner. Once the one (1) year warranty has expired, Bunce Buildings makes no warranty in respect to accessories, same being subject to the warranties of their respective manufacturers. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. |
